Projects

Do you also provide long‑term support?

Absolutely. We don’t stop at launch. We offer ongoing support, maintenance, and iterative improvements so your brand and website can grow with your business.

Can I book you again later?

Anytime. Many clients return after months or years for new phases. We keep files, systems, and context clean so picking up again is easy.

Do you offer support after the project?

Yes — in several forms. Choose between support bundles, ad‑hoc help, or defined retainers. We keep it lean and practical so you get help exactly when you need it.

What if I need help after the project?

No problem. We offer post‑launch support, retainers, or on‑demand help — from content updates to feature iterations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Standard digital methods. Bank transfer, credit card, and invoicing. For retainers we also support scheduled payments.

How can I start a project?

Send us a short brief. A goal, a link or two, and what success looks like. We’ll suggest next steps, a timeline, and a transparent quote.

How long does it take to complete a project?

It depends on scope and availability. We plan realistic buffers and keep you updated. If speed is crucial, we can compress with focused sprints.

How much do I need to prepare myself?

As much as needed, as little as possible. You don’t need polished texts or assets. A bit of time for inputs and quick feedback is perfect.

How many revision rounds are included?

Enough to get it right — not endless. Typically 2–3 review rounds per phase. Good preparation keeps the process smooth.

How flexible are you with deadlines?

Realistic and transparent. We plan buffers, communicate early, and prioritize essentials. If delays happen, we propose options — without compromising quality.

What does a typical project look like?

Discovery → Design → Build → Launch. We clarify goals, design and prototype, implement, test, and hand over — including documentation and training.

What does a project with you look like?

Structured and collaborative. We work in clear phases with checkpoints, so decisions are easy and outcomes are measurable.

Design & Branding

Can I book a rebrand only?

Yes, if the base is solid. If your strategy and core elements are in place, a focused rebrand can be efficient and effective. If not, we’ll suggest the minimal groundwork first.

Is branding different from classic graphic design?

Yes — branding goes deeper. Classic graphic design shapes surfaces. Branding defines meaning, voice, and system — the foundation for consistent design across all touchpoints.

Can you adapt existing illustrations?

Yes, if it fits the context. We can refine, expand, or reinterpret existing illustrations — with the goal of a coherent look without style breaks.

Can you adapt existing animations?

Gladly — if the base files are available. We can adapt, optimize, or rebuild logo animations, explainer graphics, and micro‑interactions while keeping your visual language consistent.

How much does a branding package cost in Switzerland?

It depends on scope. As a rule of thumb, Swiss‑market startup packages begin in the low four‑figure CHF range and scale with complexity. We’ll scope transparently.

What if I don’t have a logo yet?

We can create it with you. A clear word‑mark or minimal symbol is enough to start. We can refine it later as your brand grows.

How do you create illustrations?

From intent to illustration. We define the style, create a modular set of elements, and draw what the story needs — consistent across all formats.

What are vector graphics and what are they good for?

Scalable graphics that stay sharp. Vectors are resolution‑independent — ideal for logos, icons, and illustrations across print and screen.

What differentiates your branding packages?

Depth, pace, and deliverables. We offer tiers that fit your stage — from essentials to full systems — always with clear outcomes and usage guidelines.

How do you create animations?

From idea to motion. We storyboard, design key frames, define timing, and build smooth interactions — always in the visual language of your brand.

What does your branding process look like?

Clarity first. We align on purpose and audience, define identity elements, and build a modular system with usage rules — ready for real‑world use.

What does your logo design process look like?

Meaning over decoration. We explore directions, test legibility and uniqueness, and refine a mark that works in every context — with clear do’s and don’ts.

How long does a branding project take?

Often 3–6 weeks. Small brand kits are faster; full systems take longer. We’ll plan milestones so you see progress early.

What does your corporate design process look like?

From strategy to system. We translate your brand story into templates, grids, type and color, and documentation your team can apply.

What is a startup branding package?

A lean starter kit. Naming check, logo basics, color & type, core templates, and usage guidelines — focused on what you need to launch and learn.

What's the difference between branding, identity, corporate design and a simple logo?

Identity is the attitude and values that make your brand unique. It describes the character of your brand, regardless of its visual appearance. We create clarity about the internal and external goals of your brand.

Corporate design is the stage. It encompasses colours, fonts, layout systems, tone, applications and rules so that your brand works everywhere – not just on your business card.

A logo is "just" the symbol that efficiently conveys all of this to the outside world. Your logo must be quickly comprehensible, recognisable and memorable: it must not only correspond to your values, but also to the values of your target group.

All of this together in harmony results in your branding – self-explanatory, consistent, structured, recognisable.

Do you also offer classic graphic design?

Yes, that’s our foundation. From layouts and typography to print and digital assets — classic graphic design remains part of our daily work and informs everything we do.

Webflow & Webdesign

Do you offer Webflow training?

Yes — custom or via video. We offer 1:1 Webflow training tailored to your setup, or reusable video modules for your team so you can work independently.

Can I edit my website myself?

Yes — that’s the point. We set up your site so you can edit pages, texts, images, and CMS items safely without breaking the layout.

Can you migrate existing sites to Webflow?

Yes, we migrate sites thoughtfully. We transfer structure and content to Webflow where it makes sense — and use the move as a chance to improve performance, SEO, and UX. Sometimes a rebuild is the cleaner path; we’ll be honest about it.

Can I maintain my Webflow site myself?

Yes. After handover you can manage content, collections, and small updates yourself. For structural changes or new features, we’re there to help.

How much does Webflow hosting cost?

Usually between CHF 20–50/month. Exact pricing depends on Webflow plan and add‑ons (CMS, Ecommerce, collaborators). We’ll recommend the right plan for your needs.

What do I need to start my new website?

Core content and priorities. We start with structure, texts, and key visuals. Don’t worry if not everything is ready — we help you shape it step by step.

What's the difference between UX and UI design?

UX is the experience, UI is the interface. UX defines flows, structure, and logic. UI shapes the look and interaction details. Both are needed for great products.

What's the advantage of no‑code web design?

Faster to market, easier to evolve. You get a custom site without the overhead of a full dev stack — while keeping design quality and CMS flexibility high.

How does working with Webflow work?

Clear roles and a lean process. We design in Webflow with staged reviews. You get a live preview early, then we iterate and launch with QA and training.

Do you work with Webflow?

Yes. As Webflow professionals, we are the best choice for you to build and create custom, flexible websites that leave a lasting impression.

We also work with other popular website tools such as Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and occasionally enhance WordPress websites, depending on what is the best solution for each project.

Why do you use Webflow?

Your website should be unique, secure, and reliable, but often time or expertise is lacking. We handle design, development, and optimization on Webflow so you can focus entirely on your business.

With Webflow, we can integrate design and development from the very beginning, creating digital experiences without detours through templates or external developers. And the best part: it's scalable. Webflow allows us to efficiently and pragmatically implement and expand creative ideas, web designs, and dynamic functions.

For you, this means receiving a custom-designed interface that doesn’t have to adhere to technical limitations but rather aligns with your brand. You can manage content yourself later on.

Webflow development means shorter paths, better control, and a system you can maintain yourself—without compromising on design: for maximum impact.

MVP's & Low-Code

Can I edit my no‑code solution myself?

It depends on the stack — often yes. We design no‑code systems so you can update content and logic without risk. If a change requires technical work, we’ll mark it clearly.

Can you build an MVP with Webflow?

Yes. Webflow is great for marketable MVPs that feel like a real product. We combine it with lightweight tools (databases, automations) to validate quickly and scale later.

When is an MVP worth it?

When you want to test fast with low risk. An MVP shows what works, where to improve, and whether a market exists — before you invest big. If it flops, you still learn why.

What's the difference between an MVP and a prototype?

MVPs are for market learning, prototypes are for feasibility. Prototypes test ideas; MVPs test value with real users. Often you’ll use both — in that order.

What do I need to start a no‑code solution?

Clarity on goal and scope. A simple brief, basic content, and access to your tools. We’ll guide you through the rest and keep the first version lean.

What does MVP mean?

MVP = Minimum Viable Product. A minimal version that delivers core value to real users, so you can learn quickly and decide what to build next.

Which tools do you use for no‑code projects?

A pragmatic no‑code stack. Depending on the case: Webflow, Airtable/Notion, Make/Zapier, Memberstack/Outseta, Tally/Typeform, and lightweight databases.

How does greg.design support MVPs?

With clarity, speed, and a feel for essentials. We scope the minimal set that delivers value, build fast, and make it look like a brand — not a test balloon.

How long does an MVP project take?

Often 2–6 weeks. Depends on scope and integrations. We keep version 1 lean so you can learn quickly.

Why no‑code and low‑code?

Speed and flexibility. No‑/Low‑code lets us launch faster, iterate cheaper, and keep complexity where it belongs — in the background. It’s future‑proof when used thoughtfully.

Automatation

How do you get started with automation?

Start small and useful. Pick one process, define the trigger and outcome, and connect the tools. Measure, then iterate. We’ll set this up with you.

Which processes can SMEs automate?

Recurring, structured workflows. SMEs can automate intake, notifications, simple approvals, data sync, and reporting — with humans in the loop where it matters.

What is marketing automation?

Automating repeatable marketing tasks. From lead capture and scoring to email sequences and reporting — so your team can focus on the valuable parts.
