Design consultancy & Clarity Sessions

For SMEs, founders and growing companies that feel their brand, offer or website no longer fit together clearly.

The Clarity Session is the focused starting point before a rebrand, a new website or a larger design project begins.

In 60–90 minutes, we clarify positioning, audience, message, current brand presence and the next useful steps.

Outcome: a prioritised roadmap you can implement yourself or develop further with greg.design.

When is a Clarity Session useful?

A Clarity Session is useful when you feel that something in your presence no longer works, but it is not yet clear whether you need design consulting, a rebrand, a new website or positioning work first.

Typical triggers are a grown offer, unclear audiences, a website that no longer explains what you do, or internal discussions about logo, colours and copy without a shared direction.

What we clarify in the session

  • Which audiences and enquiries really matter for your company
  • what makes your offer understandable and relevant
  • where your current brand presence builds or loses trust
  • whether a rebrand, refresh, website structure or direct implementation makes sense
  • which steps should come first and what can wait

What you have afterwards

You do not leave with an abstract strategy document, but with a clear basis for decision-making. You know what the real issue is, which next steps make sense and which scope fits budget, team and timing.

This can be a lean website roadmap, a rebranding recommendation, a positioning direction, a communication focus or a concrete implementation plan for Webflow, branding and content.

What the session is not

It is not a sales meeting for the biggest possible project. If a small refresh is enough, we say so. If positioning is missing, we start there. And if direct implementation is the right move, that becomes clear too.

Cost range and next step

Depending on preparation and the roadmap needed, the range is typically CHF 480–1,000 excl. VAT.

If implementation makes sense afterwards, this can lead into branding, communication, a Webflow website, a workshop or longer-term support.

Frequently Asked

What's the difference between branding, identity, corporate design and a simple logo?

Identity is the attitude and values that make your brand unique. It describes the character of your brand, regardless of its visual appearance. We create clarity about the internal and external goals of your brand.

Corporate design is the stage. It encompasses colours, fonts, layout systems, tone, applications and rules so that your brand works everywhere – not just on your business card.

A logo is "just" the symbol that efficiently conveys all of this to the outside world. Your logo must be quickly comprehensible, recognisable and memorable: it must not only correspond to your values, but also to the values of your target group.

All of this together in harmony results in your branding – self-explanatory, consistent, structured, recognisable.

What does your corporate design process look like?

From strategy to system. We translate your brand story into templates, grids, type and color, and documentation your team can apply.

Why invest in high‑quality design?

Because it pays back. Strong design increases trust, conversion, and loyalty. It’s not decoration — it’s how your values become visible and actionable.
